Dr. Prince completed her Bachelor of Science, Doctor of Medicine, and Plastic Surgery residency at the University of British Columbia. In 2008, she earned her certification as a Fellow of the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada (FRCSC) in Plastic Surgery. Following residency, she pursued advanced subspecialty training at the internationally recognized Buncke Clinic in San Francisco, a global leader in microsurgery, and completed a year-long fellowship in complex reconstructive techniques microsurgery.

This experience allowed her to refine her skills in free tissue transplantation, digit replantation and peripheral nerve surgery. Since 2009, Dr. Prince has practised within the Fraser Health Authority, where she was instrumental in establishing the region’s first microsurgery program—helping patients with traumatic injuries and cancer-related defects receive advanced care close to home.
